Where Can I Watch?

by Tom McFarlin

5.0 (5) v1.4.0 5 MB Universal 4+

Description

Where Can I Watch? answers one question: where is this movie or show streaming? Search any title and see exactly which services have it included with a subscription, available to rent, or available to buy.

But the app has grown into something more than that. It tracks the shows you're watching, tells you what's airing today, and quietly keeps you on top of release schedules without nagging you to open it.

WHAT IT DOES

- Search any movie or TV show and see streaming availability instantly.
- Save shows and movies to your Watchlist. For TV shows, get countdown badges as new episodes approach.
- Open the Today tab to see every tracked show with an episode airing today, including local air times for Apple TV+, Netflix, HBO, Disney+, Prime Video, and Hulu.
- Mark off episodes as you watch them. Season progress is tracked automatically.
- Tap any episode in any show, even ones you don't track yet, to see synopsis, still image, runtime, and air date. Add a show to your Watchlist right from the episode page.
- Browse Trending movies and TV shows to find something new.
- Personalize My Services so results highlight what's available on subscriptions you already pay for.
- Get a notification on the morning a tracked show's new episode airs.
- Home Screen widgets for your Watchlist and Trending content.
- Home Screen Quick Actions: long-press the app icon to jump straight to Search, Today, Watchlist, or Trending.

NO ACCOUNTS, NO ADS, NO SUBSCRIPTIONS

The app is free. It doesn't require an account. It doesn't show ads. It doesn't collect personal data.

WHAT IT'S NOT

This app doesn't stream content. It tells you which services have what, so you can stop opening five apps to find one show.

PRIVACY

Your watchlist and watched episodes stay on your device. No tracking, no analytics, no account signup.

STREAMING DATA

Streaming availability is provided by TMDB and covers the United States. Availability changes over time as services add and drop titles.

What's new (v1.4.0)

Today, front and center.

The Today screen is now its own tab: Open the app and see, at a glance, every tracked show with an episode landing today.

What's new in this update:

- A dedicated Today tab, with local air times for shows on Apple TV, Netflix, HBO, Disney+, Prime Video, and Hulu so you know not just that something airs today, but when.
- Home Screen Quick Actions: long-press the app icon to jump straight to Search, Today, Watchlist, or Trending.
- Tap any episode in any show, even ones you haven't added to your Watchlist, to see the synopsis, still image, and runtime. Untracked shows get an "Add Show to Watchlist" button right inside the episode detail.
- The streaming service name now appears on every Today row and inside Episode Detail, so the answer to "where do I watch this?" is right there.
- Same-day episode drops (Apple TV premieres, HBO double-headers, full Netflix seasons) now surface every episode that lands today, not just one.

Plus a redesigned season episode list, smarter empty states, accessibility improvements, and a handful of fixes.
