What's new (v1.0.14)
Changelog - NaviCare360 v1.0.14
Core Improvements
Active GPS Wake-up (Remote Ping): The remote "Ping" system has been fixed and validated. The backend can now reliably wake up the device's GPS, even when the app is in the background, to ensure real-time location synchronization.
Remote Debugging System: Implemented a Remote Logging system. The app now sends critical diagnostic events to the server, allowing the technical team to monitor notification behavior and GPS status on physical devices directly from the GCP console.
Backend & Infrastructure
Secure Credential Handling: The notification service has been updated to support credentials via environment variables . This resolves previous authentication failures in the production environment.
Extended Instrumentation: Added detailed tracking logs to the backend to monitor FCM message delivery and device token synchronization.
Optimization & Cleanup
Refactored Background Services: Removed the headlessTask system to simplify the app lifecycle and improve stability on iOS, focusing the wake-up logic on high-performance push notification handlers.
Version Sync: Updated the build numbering to version 1.0.14+14 to ensure consistency across App Store and TestFlight deployments.
