Archery League Manager is more than a scoring app — it is a complete League Management Operating System built for archers, league managers, and event organizers. From the first SmartWaiver signature to the final Live Leaderboard update, it gives clubs and organizers one connected platform to run leagues, manage participants, collect scores, verify results, track equipment, and keep every shoot organized from start to finish!
Whether you are joining a local league, managing a competitive season, or running a large organized shoot, Archery League Manager keeps scoring organized, transparent, and easy to follow. The platform supports 3D, Vegas 3-spot, 5-spot, and single-spot formats, with live leaderboards that update as scores are submitted.
For Archers, the app makes it easy to join leagues, sign SmartWaivers, compete with a team, upload target photos, enter scores, and follow standings throughout the season. Practice sessions can be created in an Archer account for their own mini league. Practice sessions have the ability to add up to 5 other archers to compete with. Archers can also use Gear Locker to save and organize complete bow and arrow setups, including bows, sights, rests, strings, releases, peeps, arrow shafts, tips, inserts, fletchings, nocks, and more. Setup details such as brace height, draw weight, arrow spine, arrow grain weight, FPS, KE calculation, and FOC can all be stored and compared across equipment profiles. Rangefinders and archery targets from many major brands over the past 10 years can also be added to Gear Locker.
GPS Tracker - Track your archery shoot, target positions, shooting positions, and range to target. Tracker also measures walking distance and elevation gain/loss. Both satellite topo and standard topo map layers are available.
It is advised for archers who are in the field on long shoots to bring a power pack to keep their phone charged!
Offline Scoring Mode: For Archers who are adventurous and compete in remote regions, offline mode stores your scores and GPS data locally on the device until service is regained, then all data is migrated to the League Manager server for everyone in your league to see!
For Managers, the app provides tools to create leagues, organize teams, monitor scoring, review submitted target photos, and audit participant scores. If a score is entered incorrectly, it can be corrected directly in the app, and the archer receives a notification showing exactly which target, frame, and week was updated.

Managers can also take a photo of their current waiver or upload a PDF and submit it to League Manager through their account settings. The waiver will be converted into a SmartWaiver — a digital, signable, fillable, and printable PDF — within 24 hours. This allows archers who want to join a league to sign the required SmartWaiver directly in the app before entering the league.
Active SmartWaiver records are stored by League Manager until December 31 at 11:59 PM local time. After that, they are moved to the Waiver Archive for an additional 7 years and become inactive SmartWaivers. The archer will be required to sign a new SmartWaiver the next time they join an active league or access a league in the future.
For Events, larger competitions can be run under a Manager account with an addec Event License, giving organizers the same powerful tools used for recurring leagues, applied to single-day or multi-day shoots. From small club events to large organized competitions with hundreds of participants, Archery League Manager is designed to scale while keeping everything connected in one place.
