SUBSCRIPTIONS
Supr requires an active paid subscription to use the app. The app is not usable without a subscription.

BYOK subscriptions unlock Supr access with Bring Your Own Key features. BYOK users can connect supported AI API keys or supported existing AI subscriptions where available. Third-party AI usage may require separate accounts, API keys, subscriptions, or usage fees from those providers.

Pro subscriptions unlock all BYOK features plus hosted AI access in Supr. Pro includes 2,000 hosted AI credits every week while the subscription is active. Weekly Pro credits expire at the end of each subscription week and do not roll over.

Weekly and monthly subscription plans may be available. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Apple ID account settings.

IN-APP CREDIT PURCHASES
Pro users can buy additional consumable AI credit packs, including 1,000 Credits, 5,000 Credits, and 10,000 Credits, when available.

Purchased credits are added to the signed-in Supr account after successful Apple In-App Purchase. Credits are consumed when you run Supr AI agents, skills, tools, and workflows.

Additional credit packs are only available to users with an active Pro subscription. Purchased credits are valid only while the Pro subscription remains active. Any unused purchased credits expire when the Pro subscription expires and do not transfer outside the signed-in Supr account.

Consumable credit purchases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Used consumable credits cannot be restored.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund process and eligibility rules. Supr cannot guarantee refund approval.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Subscription and Pro access may end when the subscription period ends, expires, is cancelled, or is refunded according to Apple’s purchase status.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
Supr respects your data. We do not sell your data or use your tasks to train models.
