This update adds new calendar views, more control over your app start screen, and small improvements to help you stay on top of your shifts faster.

- Two new calendar views: weekly view and monthly view
- You can now choose which screen opens when the app launches
- New Quick Tips with helpful in-app guidance
- New overview card for upcoming shifts
We also fixed bugs and made smaller improvements to make ShiftTap more stable and enjoyable to use.
