Description

Most fitness apps are built for one thing: either lifting, or running, or bodyweight. If you train across disciplines, you end up juggling two or three apps.

AddFive tracks strength, calisthenics, running, and strongman in one app, with real progression logic. Not just a logbook.

THE "JUST ADD 5" PHILOSOPHY
• Hit your reps, the app adds weight next session. Miss too many times, it deloads you.
• After each workout, a progression screen shows what changed: Bench Press 200lbs → 205lbs, Push-ups Regular → Incline, pace improved by 5 sec/mi. Accept or skip each one.
• Want full control? The Progression Rule Editor lets you configure the algorithm, target reps, increments, and deload triggers per exercise.
• Just Add 5 (lbs | mi | min).

~30 BUILT-IN PROGRAMS
• 6 categories: Barbell Strength, Bodybuilding, Bodyweight, Running, Hybrid Training, Strongman.
• Each comes with coach's notes, form cues, common errors, and auto-calculated warmup sets.
• Run multiple programs at once: strength + running + calisthenics, all active.
• There's one tier past Advanced. You'll know when you're ready ;).

THE WORKOUT PLAYER
• Works like a music app: each exercise gets its own screen. Pause, skip, go back, or end early.
• Each discipline gets its own view: animated plate visualizer for barbell, variant progression ladder for calisthenics, live GPS map for running, full-screen timer for HIIT.
• Hand-drawn illustrations, form cues, and common errors for every exercise.
• 12 in-app tutorial videos walk through every feature from first workout to custom programs.

5 VOICE COACHES
• Pick your motivation style: Coach Fury (intense, demands greatness), Broo! (meathead energy, adds plates), Dr. Load (science-speak, VO₂ talk), Sunshine (calm, meditative), or Officer GainZ (law enforcement metaphors, third person).
• Hundreds of unique pre-recorded lines. Your music keeps playing underneath.

LIVE ACTIVITIES
• Three color-coded states: green to complete a set, orange for rest countdown, yellow for warmup.
• Your phone stays in your pocket the entire session.

GO DEEP
• History charts per exercise with time filters. Running splits into Pace, Distance, and Duration.
