Set in a failing industrial plant, players are secretly divided into two teams. Workers want to modernize. Saboteurs want to bankrupt. Hidden among the Saboteurs is the Rat — a secret leader whose identity is unknown even to allies. Every vote is a bluff, every silence is a tell.

HOW IT WORKS

Each round is called a Shift. The current CEO nominates a Chief Engineer, and all players vote to approve or reject. If approved, the CEO draws 3 blueprint cards, discards 1, and passes 2 to the Chief Engineer, who enacts 1. The deck is rigged against the Workers — 11 Sabotage blueprints to only 6 Modernization.

As Sabotage piles up, the CEO unlocks executive directives:
• Loyalty Audit — secretly check a player's allegiance
• Blueprint Preview — peek at the next 3 cards in the archive
• Special Election — appoint the next CEO yourself
• Termination — fire one player permanently. If the Rat is fired, the Workers win.

Three failed votes in a row trigger Chaos on the Floor — a blueprint is auto-enacted with no oversight.

WIN CONDITIONS

• Workers win by enacting 5 Modernization blueprints — or by terminating the Rat
• Saboteurs win by enacting 6 Sabotage blueprints — or by electing the Rat as Chief Engineer once 3 Sabotage are on the board
