We meet on the sand for stretch and resistance sessions with good music, golden hour light, and a community that shows up for each other. All levels welcome. Modifications are given throughout every class so you can go at your own pace.

Get a notification the morning of your class so you never forget. Shows up with the class name, time, and location.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If a class is cancelled due to weather or any other reason, you'll get a push notification and your payment is automatically refunded. No action needed.
