Live Session — document from audio, hands-free
Start a Live Session before your appointment begins. Eleos captures the audio from your session directly on your device and generates structured suggestions for your progress note, treatment plan, assessment, or other note type — ready for you to review, edit, and accept when the session ends. Nothing is submitted automatically. You stay in full control of what goes into your documentation.
Live Session requires microphone access. To ensure your full session is captured without interruption, Eleos continues capturing audio while running in the background. Sessions are supported for up to 60 minutes.
How your audio is handled
Audio is securely transmitted to Eleos' HIPAA-compliant environment for analysis
After your note suggestions are generated, the audio is permanently deleted
No recordings are stored long-term. No transcripts are retained.
Your audio is never used to train AI models without your organization's explicit consent
Text & Voice Summary — post session documentation.
Prefer not to record the session itself? After your appointment, type a brief summary of what happened or simply dictate it — and Eleos will generate structured note suggestions from it. Same output, no live audio capture needed.
