Most fasting apps give everyone the same plan: 16:8, every day, no matter where they are in their cycle. FastingBestie is different: a cycle-aware fasting tracker for women, built to help you fast with your body instead of against it.

Connect Apple Health and FastingBestie can use your cycle, height, and weight data to personalize your fasting guidance. If your smart scale, wearable, or health app writes supported measurements to Apple Health, FastingBestie can bring them into your progress view. That can include Withings, Xiaomi, Oura, Whoop, and other devices that sync through Apple Health.

You can also use FastingBestie with manual entry. Your cycle does not have to be textbook, and your period does not have to arrive on a perfect schedule. FastingBestie estimates your current phase from your own cycle length, then adjusts your fasting window through Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, and Luteal phases.
