What's new (v5.7.4)

- Improved: Workout session feels significantly more responsive. Entering weight and reps, tapping checkmarks, and navigating between sets is now buttery smooth.
- Improved: Progression hints no longer flicker while you type. The suggestion chip stays stable until you finish entering your number.
- Under the hood: Reduced redundant database queries during workouts by over 90%, and debounced input writes to eliminate UI jank.
