Description

PaceME is a pacing app for people living with ME/CFS, Long Covid, POTS, fibromyalgia or other energy-limiting conditions.

The app helps you stay within your energy envelope by combining objective health data from Apple Health and Apple Watch with your own assessment of how you feel.

PaceME is made for difficult days, low energy and situations where sensors alone do not tell the whole story.

WHO IS IT FOR?

PaceME may be useful for people who need support with pacing, energy overview and activity management in ME/CFS, Long Covid, POTS, fibromyalgia or similar conditions.

The app is especially designed for people who experience that activity, sleep, heart rate, HRV, weather or exertion can affect daily capacity and symptom level.

PHILOSOPHY

PaceME is built around pacing and energy management. The app does not encourage pushing through limits, and it is not based on graded exercise therapy or cognitive behavioural interventions.

The goal is to provide better overview, reduce cognitive load and make it easier to respect the body’s signals.

PRIVACY

All health data is read from Apple Health with your permission and processed locally on your device. PaceME does not send health data to external servers.
