What's new (v1.2)
• Background sync now starts immediately after you grant Health permissions — previously it could be delayed until the next time you opened the app.
• Added a "Last background check" status so you can see at a glance whether iOS is keeping workouts up to date in the background.
• Tip on the sync screen explains how to keep auto-sync working (don't swipe the app away in the app switcher, and keep Background App Refresh on in iOS Settings).
• The "Synced N workouts" confirmation message now disappears after a few seconds instead of staying on screen indefinitely.
• Smaller fixes and stability improvements.
