Steam is the sauna practitioner's journal - log every session with temperature, duration, rounds, and cold exposure, then track how you feel before and after to see the measurable impact on your energy, mood, soreness, and stress.

Track every sauna session with precision: Traditional Finnish, Infrared, Steam Room, Barrel Sauna, and more. Log each round individually with temperature, duration, humidity, position, and cold exposure details. The built-in round timer counts down so you can stay in the heat with your phone face-down.

THE BEFORE AND AFTER IS THE PROOF
Log how you feel before and after every session - energy, mood, soreness, and stress on a 1-5 scale. Steam shows you your average before/after delta across all sessions: +1.3 energy, +1.4 mood, -1.1 soreness, -1.5 stress. These numbers are why people maintain a sauna practice. You can finally see it in data.
