Partial Completion Flow

Technicians can now submit tickets for admin review instead of closing them directly
Admins see an "Awaiting Admin Review" banner and can mark tickets as fully completed
Partially completed tickets appear in the Completed tab with a status badge

Photo Attachments

Attach photos of signed tickets to partially completed tickets
Admins can view, add, and remove attachments on completed tickets
New fast camera built on AVFoundation — opens instantly and handles landscape correctly
Client-side image compression (resize + quality reduction) to stay within upload limits

Customer Satisfaction Survey

Survey questions appear during ticket close (if enabled by admin)
