Plantekn is a privacy-first floor plan app. Draw an apartment, house or cabin. Place furniture. Walk through the plan in first-person 3D as if you were standing inside the room. Share with architect, agent or family. No account required. Everything stays on your device.
WHAT YOU CAN DRAW
• Rooms with preset dimensions or freeform polygons

Walk around inside your plan in first-person. Virtual joysticks for movement and camera. Smart starting position (hallway, entrance or largest room). Adjustable eye height from child to adult. Walls block movement. Small minimap HUD shows where you are. Great for checking ceiling height, evaluating furniture from a natural angle, or just feeling how the space will work.

Estimate costs per room for flooring, paint, electrical and plumbing. Pick flooring per room. Export the budget as PDF. Reference prices for 10 markets. Every number is editable.

Measure rooms and distances directly with the camera (iPhone Pro / iPad Pro with LiDAR). Point-to-point measurement with tracking. Gives you exact dimensions before you draw.

What's new (v1.6.2)
Plantekn 1.6.2 — a quick fix.
In the 3D view, a white ceiling could cover the whole plan from above even when "Show roof" was turned off. You can now look straight down into the rooms again — turn the roof on whenever you want to see the building from outside.
