• New "Pick Your Training Days" step in Build My Program — choose your weekdays right when you generate your plan
• New "Edit Schedule" button on your generated plan — change your training days anytime, the Training tab updates instantly
• Daily morning and evening reminders now rotate through fresh messages instead of repeating
• Cleaner day labels everywhere (no more duplicate weekday text)

Fixes
• Continue with Google now works correctly for all sign-in attempts
• Workout generator no longer mixes muscle groups (no chest exercises on lower-body days)
• Same exercise no longer repeats across multiple days in one week when your equipment library is small
• Training tab updates immediately when you regenerate a Neo plan or edit your schedule
• Fixed a typing glitch in the program editor where multi-digit set/rep counts wouldn't enter cleanly
• Reminder push notifications now arrive on your local time with rotating fresh copy
