Meal Curate is the meal-planning app that coaches you instead of shaming you. Plan your week, track every macro, and get smart health tips based on what you actually ate - not generic advice.

NEW IN 3.0 — Reminders that match how you actually eat. Tell Meal Curate how many meals you have per day (1–6) and get a reminder for each one, including morning/afternoon/evening snack slots. Low-FODMAP diet support is built in — recipes are auto-tagged so the filter works out of the box. The diet picker now lets you either hide recipes outside your diet or keep them visible with a small "Not [Diet]" badge — useful when cooking for a mixed household.
