Nutri-Reto is the app for participants in coach-led nutrition and fitness challenges. Track your daily progress, receive personalized feedback, and transform your habits in 8 weeks.
HOW IT WORKS
Your coach enrolls you in a challenge. Download the app, sign in with the email your coach used to invite you, and start logging your day.
DAILY LOG
Track weight, calories, protein, fat, fiber, water, steps, training, cardio, sleep, mood, stress, and energy — all in a fast, step-by-step guided interface.
WEEKLY CHECK-IN
Each week, complete your check-in with body measurements (waist, hip, thigh, arm) and a reflection on your week. Your coach reviews and provides personalized feedback.
VISUAL PROGRESS
Interactive charts show your weight, calorie, protein, and wellness trends throughout the challenge. Visualize your transformation week by week.
COACH MESSAGING
Communicate directly with your coach from the app. Get tips, motivation, and answers to your questions.
GAMIFICATION
Earn points for consistency, maintain your logging streak, and compete on the leaderboard with other participants in your challenge.
WORKS OFFLINE
The app works fully without an internet connection. Log your data anytime and it syncs automatically when you're back online.
AVAILABLE IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
Full interface in Spanish (default) and English.

Plan your menu ahead
You can now plan your meals up to 7 days in advance. Jump to any upcoming day from the date selector or the weekly grid and build your menu ahead of time.
It loads automatically when the day arrives
Whatever you planned shows up in your daily log automatically when that day comes. No need to re-enter it.
Copy from a previous day
Eating something similar to another day? Copy that day's meals into your plan with a tap.
Your next plan, always in view
The dashboard now includes a card with your next planned day.
