Instead of behaving like a generic camera viewer, it starts at the network layer. It maps reachable devices on the local LAN, identifies likely camera endpoints, surfaces network details such as IP, vendor hints, open ports, and latency, and then moves directly into camera access with a connection strategy optimized for first-frame speed.
