Identity verification is handled through CLEAR, so your records are matched securely and accurately across hospitals and health systems. Once connected, your health records are downloaded and stored encrypted on your device.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL
Health records are stored in an encrypted database on your phone. When you chat, your messages and relevant portions of your health records are sent to generate a response. Your data is not used to train AI models. You can disconnect and delete all local data at any time.
AI DISCLOSURE
Flexpal is primarily powered by Anthropic Claude, with OpenAI GPT models available as a fallback. AI responses are based on your health records and trusted medical sources but may contain errors.
