What's new (v1.1.2)
What's new in 1.1.2:
New Board Styles. Stick with Classic or unlock Dance Party in Settings — neon tiles, electric danger lines, and a burst of light every time you spell a word.
Off to a flying start. Classic and Blitz now begin with a random handful of letters already on the board, so you've got something to spell from the first second.
Smarter letter draw. No more frustrating runs of the same letter — at least three different tiles between any two of the same.
Better flow. The next tile now drops where the previous one landed, so spelling on either side of the board doesn't pull you back to center.
Smoother gameplay. Big performance pass under the hood — tile drops, word clears, and animations run buttery-smooth on every theme.
Plus a stack of smaller fixes:
• Blitz timer doesn't tick during the intro cascade
• Combo pill no longer shifts the board around when it activates
• Wildcard picker pauses the game consistently — whether you assign right away or come back later
• Music pauses cleanly during ads and resumes where it left off
• Game-over handling in Blitz is now rock-solid
• Roll a random name on first launch, or type your own
• See three upcoming tiles at once in the NEXT preview
