FBOTrack LT is the all-in-one line service management app built for Fixed Base Operators. Track every fueling, ground service, and aircraft on your ramp — in real time.
FUELING & INVENTORY
• Log Jet-A and 100LL fuelings with meter readings, Prist tracking, and crew selection

What's new (v1.11.1)
Security update. Password reset is rebuilt on an email-link model so a stolen Security PIN can no longer be used to take over an account.
Forgot Password (new flow)
Tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your username AND the email on file. A reset email is sent only if both match - and it always goes to the email stored on the account, never the address typed. Knowing someone's PIN can no longer reset their password. When the email arrives, tap Reset Password and choose "Open in FBOTrack" or "Reset password in browser." Either way the link is good for one tap.
Change vs. Set a password
If you signed up via Sign in with Apple and never had a password, Settings - Password now reads "Set Password" (no Current Password field). Once set, it flips to Change Password.
Unlinking your only SSO won't lock you out
If you signed up via Sign in with Apple and try to unlink it without ever setting a password, FBOTrack routes you to the Set Password sheet first, then continues the unlink automatically.
Email is now editable in Settings
Settings - My Account - Email lets you change the email on file (reset emails go here). SSO users see it read-only - your provider owns the email.
New: Session Lockout timer (managers)
Set how long the app waits before locking an idle session: Settings - Session Lockout, choose Never, 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. The app then locks to the PIN screen after that inactivity and asks for a PIN on reopen. "Never" turns it off. Applies to everyone at your FBO right away.
New: Unlock with Face ID / Touch ID
Unlock the lock screen with Face ID or Touch ID instead of typing your Security PIN. Turn it on in Settings - My Account - "Unlock with Face ID"; confirm once to switch it on. After that, whenever the app locks it asks for Face ID automatically. Your PIN stays as a backup - if Face ID doesn't recognize you, just type it. Needs a Security PIN set; per-device setting.
New: Sign in with Face ID / Touch ID
Sign back in with Face ID or Touch ID instead of typing your password. After a password login, FBOTrack asks once if you'd like to turn this on - or switch it on in Settings - My Account - "Sign in with Face ID." Then, when you return to the sign-in screen, it shows your name with a Face ID button and signs you in - no typing. Your password stays as a backup ("Sign in another way"), and it's stored only on this device in the Secure Enclave and never leaves it. For password accounts; separate from the lock-screen unlock above.
Stay signed in - no more surprise logouts
You stay signed in until you choose to leave. If the app briefly can't reach the server when you unlock with your PIN, it keeps you on the lock screen to try again instead of sending you back to sign-in. Only "Switch User" or "Sign Out" signs you out, and signing out on one device no longer signs you out on others.
Sign in with Microsoft fixes
Linking and signing in with Microsoft now works reliably. After linking in Settings - SSO Accounts, the row updates immediately, and a fresh sign-in lands on the Dashboard.
Sign in with Apple compliance
The Sign in with Apple completion form no longer asks for a Full Name or a password. The Shared-iPad PIN field is still there for kiosk-tech sign-in but is clearly optional.
Smaller fixes
- Fixed a rare case where switching accounts on one device could show the PIN lock for an account that has no PIN. Accounts without a PIN now stay signed in.
- The SSO banner now names the provider you used (e.g., "Signed in with Google").
- Removed the legacy endpoint that allowed a PIN-based password reset.
- Additional behind-the-scenes security hardening. No change to how you use the app.
