RFC Mentor Connect is a private, clinic-managed app from Rejuvenating Fertility Center that pairs fertility patients with peer mentors — people who have personally been through the IVF and fertility treatment journey.

Going through fertility treatment can feel isolating. RFC Mentor Connect gives you a direct line to someone who truly understands what you're experiencing — not a therapist or counselor, but a real person who has walked this path before you.

HOW IT WORKS

Your care team at Rejuvenating Fertility Center creates your account and assigns you a peer mentor based on your treatment path. From there, everything happens inside the app:

- Message your mentor anytime with text, photos, voice messages, or documents
- Start instant or scheduled video calls for face-to-face support
- Track your progress through 8 treatment phases, from Pre-Consult & Decision through Early Pregnancy and beyond
- Access the Journey Hub — a curated library of resources for every phase of your fertility journey
- Get notified when your mentor responds with push notifications and read receipts

FOR MENTORS

Mentors are personally selected by Dr. Zaher Merhi, Medical Director of Rejuvenating Fertility Center. If you've been through fertility treatment and want to give back, RFC Mentor Connect lets you support patients assigned to you by the clinic. Share your experience, answer questions, and provide the emotional support that only someone who's been there can offer.

PRIVATE AND SECURE

RFC Mentor Connect is not a social network. There are no public profiles, no forums, and no strangers. Every account is created and managed by the Rejuvenating Fertility Center clinical team. All messaging is private between you and your assigned mentor.
