Plan in blocks (basically tasks, but blocks sound cooler and cleaner). A block is anything you want or need to do. A meeting, a workout, a coffee with a friend. Give it a time, a tag, a reminder. Add sub-blocks/notes if there are steps or additional info. Make it recur if it happens every Monday.
When something doesn't get done, it carries forward. Quietly. No red warnings, no guilt screens. Just the next day, ready when you are.
