HueScope: Color Blind Camera

by Pixel Management

v1.0 1 MB Universal 4+

Description

HueScope names any color you point your camera at — in plain English, instantly, offline. Built for color blind eyes.

Four core camera tools in one app:

IDENTIFY
Aim your iPhone at anything. HueScope samples the color at your reticle and names it — "Fern, Muted Dark Green," "Salmon, Light Orange-Red." 138 shades across 14 families, with spoken color names if you want them.

CORRECT
Live daltonization for protan (red cone), deutan (green cone), and tritan (blue cone) color vision deficiency. A severity slider lets you dial in exactly how much correction you need. Watch the world shift before your eyes.

ISOLATE
Pick a hue family and keep it in full color while everything else turns grayscale. Spot a red flag on a map. Find ripe fruit. Check the state of a signal light.

PATTERN
Overlay diagonal stripes on a selected color range. A second visual cue for when color alone isn't enough.

WARDROBE MODE
Fashion-aware color names with pairing suggestions. Point at a sweater and HueScope tells you it's Cream — and that it pairs with Navy, Burgundy, or Olive.
