How it works

Set your alarm the night before and choose your morning mission (or no mission). When it rings, the alarm won't turn off until your mission is complete. Your completed missions unlock your local Progress Dashboard, while your typed affirmations get saved to a quiet Reflect feed, giving you a space to look back on every morning you showed up for yourself.
