- Home: shows an "Update available" banner when a newer App Store version exists; tap to open the listing.
- Home: Up Next cards now show an orange dot for unconfirmed appointments, matching the Summary screen.
- Calendar: pending appointments are now marked with a "?" instead of the word "pending".
