Imposter is a fast, face-to-face party game for groups of 3 to 100 players. One phone, one table, zero setup drama: add names, choose word categories, and you’re in.
How it works
Pick your topics — select one or more categories to shape each round.
Pass the device — each player sees their role in turn. Most players see the secret word; the imposter only gets a hint (when hints are on).
Discuss — take turns giving a single word or a very short clue that fits the word without naming it. The imposter has to blend in.
Vote — when time’s up, vote for who you think is lying.
Reveal — see the word, the imposter, and who won the round.
Perfect for game nights, trips, and any group that likes bluffing, deduction, and loud debates. Optional house rules (like the imposter winning by guessing the word out loud) are up to your table—the app keeps the flow; you bring the chaos.
Imposter — quick rounds, big groups, and one question: who’s faking it?
