Waggin' Wagon is the companion app for clients of Waggin' Wagon's dog field-trip service. Book your pup's next adventure, relive the day with photos from the trip, and chat with our team — all in one place.
FEATURES
• Photo feed — See fresh photos and short videos of your dog on the field trip, plus highlights from other pups in the pack. Long-press a photo to share it.
• Book a field trip — Pick an open day, choose the service, and confirm in a few taps. Your booking shows up instantly in Appointments.
• Waitlist — Days full? Join the waitlist for a specific time slot and we'll let you know the moment a spot opens up.
• Appointments at a glance — Upcoming trips, past visits, and invoice/payment status for every booking.
• Push notifications you control — Toggle reminders, new photo alerts, promotions, and messages independently in Account → Notifications.
• In-app messaging — Message the Waggin' Wagon team directly about pickup timing, special instructions, or anything your pup needs.
• Dog profiles — Add your dog's photo, breed, special notes, and we'll remember it for every trip.
• Live bus tracking during pickup and drop-off trips - When a Waggin’ Wagon driver begins a pickup or drop-off, their phone shares its location so clients can follow the bus in real time and see the ETA to their home. Background location access is enabled only for authenticated employee accounts while a trip is actively in progress — clients never share their location, and tracking stops automatically the moment the trip ends. Drivers can navigate in Google Maps while tracking continues uninterrupted.
