Lumen, your AI Bible tutor, is now fully operational. Ask any question about any verse and get thoughtful, tradition-aware answers — Catholic, Protestant, or Combined. Lumen uses the Socratic method: when you miss a question, it explains why, then asks a follow-up to confirm understanding. 30+ topics work offline.
CURRICULUM — 161 FIXES
All 1,457 exercises audited for accuracy:
- Fixed 10 wrong answers (e.g., "memory" → "remembrance" in Luke 22:19, "church" → "assembly" in Matthew 16:18 to match WEB)
- Corrected 20 translation mismatches — exercises now consistently use World English Bible wording
- Fixed 4 theological errors: Apostles' Creed no longer uses Nicene language; purgatory correctly described as "state" not "place" (CCC 1030); Elijah taken up by whirlwind, not chariot (2 Kings 2:11)
- Balanced answer distributions: MC answers now even across all 4 positions (was 65% in B); T/F split improved from 94/6 to 81/19
- Added missing Nahum & Habakkuk content, fixed duplicate Fatima options, corrected Francisco Marto's age, added lowercase alternates for 12 type-the-reference exercises
