Description
Date Calculator makes it effortless to work with dates and time — three focused tools in one fast, private app.
DAYS BETWEEN
Find the exact difference between any two dates, broken down into days, weeks, months, and years — plus hours, minutes, and seconds. Choose whether to include the end date in your count. Perfect for counting down to events, tracking project timelines, or calculating someone's age.
ADD OR SUBTRACT DATES
Start from any date and add or subtract days, weeks, months, or years. Instantly see the resulting date, the day of the week it lands on, and how far it is from today. Great for figuring out deadlines, due dates, and future milestones. Tap any number to type an exact value — jump 1,000 days in one go.
TIME CALCULATOR
Add and subtract multiple time entries to get a running total. Enter hours and minutes across up to 20 entries and see the sum in both HH:MM and decimal hours. Ideal for tracking work hours, logging billable time, or totaling durations.
DESIGNED FOR SPEED
• Results update instantly as you adjust your inputs
• Your entries are saved between sessions
• Clean, distraction-free interface with light & dark mode
• Works fully offline
• No ads. No subscriptions. No account required.
Whether you're planning a project, counting the days until a trip, tracking work hours, or just need a quick date calculation — Date Calculator has you covered.
What's new (v1.3)
A new look
- A warm, tile-led design throughout, with its own colour for each calculator
- A redesigned dark appearance on a raised charcoal canvas, so the tiles keep their colour instead of glaring
- Answers now animate as they change
Days Between
- Every breakdown row is always shown — months and days, weeks and days, hours, minutes and seconds
- Put the dates the wrong way round and the answer offers Swap, so one tap fixes it
Time
- Entry rows animate in and out as you add and remove them
- The total now shows seconds as well as minutes
Settings
- A new Settings sheet, from the gear beside each title: send feedback, rate the app, and the version
More languages
- Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean and French, alongside English and Simplified Chinese
Also fixed
- Decimal hours in the Time total now use the reader's own notation, so French reads 6,83 rather than 6.83
