THREE AUTHENTIC STYLES
- Folkstyle (NFHS/NCAA): Riding time, escapes, near-falls, and control-based grinding
- Freestyle (UWW/Olympic): Explosive throws, gut wrenches, and exposure scoring up to 5 points per throw
- Greco-Roman (UWW/Olympic): Upper body only, par terre, no leg attacks
