Vital Signs — NEWS2 scoring from HR, RR, SpO2, BP, temperature, and ACVPU, with action guidance for each score — monitoring intervals and evacuation timelines. Shock Index (HR ÷ SBP) is calculated automatically. Log readings to a patient record to track trends.
