Thirteen is a rummy-style card game that is built around one deceptively simple rule: the wild card rank changes every round.
3rd Round: 3’s are wild. Round 4, every four rounds. Round 13: Kings rule the table. Over eleven rounds your hand grows from three cards to thirteen – and the player with the lowest score overall wins.
