Snap a screenshot of any recipe — food blog, Instagram, cookbook, handwritten card, YouTube / TikTok / Reels caption — and Dishdraft uses AI vision to read the ingredients and steps, then rewrites the recipe to fit your diet while honoring the original's technique and flavor.

WHY DISHDRAFT

• Honest scores. Every conversion shows a confidence rating ("will it cook?") and a similarity rating ("will it taste like the original?"), second-checked by an independent AI pass for cooking accuracy.

• Smart swaps. Mission Carb Smart for keto tortillas, Banza for gluten-free pasta, coconut aminos for soy — pick the products you actually use before the AI runs. Your saved choices auto-apply on future recipes.

• Chef's notes. Each variant comes with a 2–3 sentence note explaining why the swap works, in warm chef voice.
