The Casper Youth Hub mobile app connects youth, parents, and guardians to Wyoming's free drop-in third space for ages 12 to 20. Hands-free check-in keeps the Hub accountable and families in the loop, in real time.
FOR YOUTH

The Casper Youth Hub is operated by Void Outreach Inc., a Wyoming 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The Hub is a safe, supervised space, not childcare. Youth may arrive and leave on their own schedule unless a family has requested a stricter departure policy.

- New Equipment screen for staff: scan a QR sticker to instantly check items out to a youth or mark them returned. Stat tiles and an open-loans list right on the home page.
- Native QR scanner uses the iPhone's built-in camera pipeline, so the silver holographic security stickers scan reliably.
- Three ways to bind any sticker every time: live camera, take or pick a photo, or just type the printed serial number under the QR.
- Smarter on-device decoder with multi-scale, contrast-stretched fallback for stickers that used to give the camera trouble.
