SaveBack turns saved YouTube links into repeatable daily routines — without turning the app into another feed to scroll.
Open the app, pick a starter routine or build your own, and start. SaveBack keeps your routine ready on Home so you can begin without hunting for the right video each time.
CORE FEATURES
Saved routines — build a routine from YouTube links you paste or share into the app, or pick from a curated starter set organised by focus area: neck, shoulders, upper back, hips, lower back, yoga, stretching, and more.
Home — start, continue, or review your saved routines in one tap.
Player — follow each exercise in order and advance at your own pace.
Reminders — optional local notifications to keep your routine on schedule. No account required.
iOS Share Extension — send YouTube links directly into SaveBack from the YouTube app or browser.
Clipboard intake — paste a YouTube link while the app is open and add it without extra steps.
LOCAL-FIRST. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED.
SaveBack stores your routines on device. There is no SaveBack account, no backend sync, and no analytics SDK. YouTube links you add may load metadata and thumbnails directly from YouTube; YouTube's own policies apply to that traffic.
SaveBack is a routine utility. It is not a medical app and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.
What's new (v1.0.2)
Share your routines with anyone — send a link and they can import your routine directly into SaveBack.
You can now add a creator name when building a routine, so your favorites feel like they came from the right source.
