SAFETY BUILT IN
We take teen safety seriously:
• Under-18 users need verified parental approval before applying to any job
• Two-step PIN verification — start PIN and completion PIN exchanged between hirer and worker
• Identity verification badge for hirers via Stripe Identity
• All uploaded photos are automatically moderated
• Block and report any user, anytime
• Live location sharing while a job is in progress (your choice)
• Critical safety reports route directly to our team

HOW PAYMENTS WORK
1. Hirer posts a job with a set price
2. Worker applies and gets accepted
3. Hirer's card is charged — money sits in escrow
4. Worker completes the job
5. Both parties confirm completion
6. Money moves to the worker's in-app balance
7. Worker cashes out to their bank — usually arrives in 1–2 business days

Communally is a five-mile radius marketplace. You only see jobs near you, and you only get applicants from people near you. No long commutes, no random strangers from across the city.

PRIVACY
We don't sell your data. We don't track you across other apps. Messages are private to the people in the conversation; your earnings are private to you.
