The TNWG Encampment App is a digital operations hub built to support Tennessee Wing Encampment planning and execution. It brings rosters, schedules, check-in, health services, medication permissions, logistics, radio/equipment tracking, barracks assignments, meals, finance, handbooks, class materials, alerts, and parent updates into one organized system.

Staff and cadre receive role-based access to the tools and information they need, while parents receive appropriate updates and permissions through the parent portal. The goal is to reduce scattered paperwork, improve accountability, strengthen communication, and help the encampment team safely support a structured, efficient, and mission-focused training environment.
