- Merge duplicate exercises while keeping workout history and records intact.
- Filter exercises by target muscles and add muscle details when creating or editing exercises.
- Manage custom muscles from Settings, including rename, delete, and replacement flows.
- Strong imports now ask for units when older exports do not say lbs or kg.
- Exercise management confirmations and reordering feel more reliable.
