ToyBox Tracker is the toy organization app built for Montessori, Waldorf, and free-play families.
Never wonder what's missing again. Add your toy sets and the pieces inside them — from Grimm's rainbows and Ostheimer animals to LEGO sets and custom wooden toys — then use Pick Up Mode to work through a checklist of everything. Check pieces off as you find them, and what's left tells you exactly what's missing.

• Color-coded pieces so you can spot what belongs where at a glance
TOY ROTATION
Not every toy is out all the time. Mark sets as Active, Stored Away, or Packed for Travel. Pick Up Mode only shows what's actually out — so you never see a hundred "missing" pieces that were never in play to begin with.
TRAVEL MODE
Heading somewhere with the kids? Mark the toys you're packing as Travel, then use Travel Pick Up to make sure everything makes it back into the bag before you leave.
PICK UP MODE
One tap starts a full checklist of every piece across every active toy. Check things off as you find them. Switch to the Missing tab to see only what hasn't been found yet. A progress bar shows how close you are to done.
