WHAT STAXEN DOES
Estimates by voice. Walk the job, talk through the scope, and Staxen prices every line from your rate book and sends the estimate to your client before you leave the driveway.
Change orders. Say "add the subpanel, two grand" and Staxen writes the change order, drafts the email, and gets it e-signed from the client's phone.
Blueprint takeoffs. Drop in a residential blueprint and Staxen reads the floor plan, measures each room, splits wet rooms out, applies a waste factor, and hands you an itemized takeoff ready to price.
Receipts. Snap a photo at the supply house, say which job it belongs to, and it files itself to the right ledger.
Payments. Staxen drafts invoices, sends them, and chases reminders until the money lands. Clients pay from a link on their phone (Stripe).
QuickBooks two-way sync. Approved bills and invoices flow into QuickBooks Online automatically. Your books stay clean without you touching them.
