PlusGrid: Math Sudoku Puzzle

PlusGrid is a cozy number puzzle — a relaxed mix of Sudoku, Kakuro and Killer Sudoku.

Fill the empty cells with digits so that every row adds up to the number on its left, and every column adds up to the
number on top. Just like Sudoku, no digit may repeat within a row or a column. Each puzzle uses only a small set of
consecutive digits.
