This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
Users can now leave feedback to advisors for their past eligible phone and chat transactions. In addition, the advisors can now access the iPhone app to check the account balance and to maintain the rate per minute, availability status, and the phone number to receive calls.
