Calisthenics Corner is a bodyweight training app designed to focus on the essentials. No cluttered dashboard, no unnecessary content—just a program tailored to your profile and today’s workouts.
A program made for you: Upon signing up, the app assesses your level through practical tests (pull-ups, dips, push-ups, squats, plank, wall sit), taking into account your training frequency, the duration of your workouts (15 to 50 minutes), your available equipment, and any physical limitations you may have. The program is generated accordingly, focusing on Strength, Endurance, or a Balanced approach.
Clear and structured sessions: Each session starts with a 5-minute warm-up, followed by a Full Body circuit in several rounds. Each exercise is illustrated, timed, and offers easier or harder variations based on your progress.
80+ bodyweight exercises: Push, Pull, Legs, Core : the library covers all muscle groups with progressions tailored to each level and filtered according to your joint limitations.
Simple tracking: After each session, you rate your perceived difficulty. The app automatically adjusts the program. You track your streak, your performance, and your session history from the dashboard.
Calisthenics is a minimalist sport. Your fitness app is too.

Small UX improvements and bug fixes:
• Faster plank/wall-sit duration input with a minutes:seconds picker
• Quick Actions (long-press on the icon) fixed: rating the app and sending feedback now open correctly
• Settings: equipment now displays correctly (fixed a bug showing "None"), Muscle Focus sheet redesigned to match the onboarding screen
• Onboarding: clearer alert when equipment/exercise conflict, refined animations, layout fix on the program-building screen
