Social gets a major upgrade: react to friends' workouts with emojis (multiple reactions per session now supported), attach photos and captions to any workout card, and tag friends directly in your sessions. The redesigned Find Friends screen adds mutual-friend suggestions and a QR code for quick adds — plus swipe-to-delete notifications and relative timestamps throughout.
