Description
Snoot is a world of dogs, told one story at a time.
Start with a surprising dog story. Wander through 20 illustrated breed portraits. Open a library of stories about the bodies, histories, habits, and strange brilliance of dogs. Keep the ones that stay with you.
Snoot includes:
- Home: a warm place to begin, with a story waiting.
- Dogs: 20 breed portraits and 201 stories that make each breed feel like itself.
- Decks: 97 illustrated stories for the dog-curious, from what a wag really says to the dogs that changed history.
- Little Ears: 70 shorter read-aloud stories, with audio, ending questions, and a quiet note for grown-ups.
There is no account, advertising, purchase, or feed to keep up with. Your opened and kept stories stay on your device.
A connection lets Snoot bring in its current editorial library and media. Adult stories and breed pages can be shared as public Snoot pages; Little Ears sharing is a simple, user-initiated text share through the system share sheet.
Snoot is for curiosity and companionship, not veterinary, medical, training, breeding, adoption, or care advice. For decisions about a particular dog, speak with a qualified professional.
What's new (v2.0.1)
A little polish for a smoother Snoot.
- If Read to me starts while your media volume is at zero, Snoot now gives you a gentle nudge before narration begins.
- Dog cards no longer repeat the same line.
- Breed pages have tidier spacing.
- Plus small reliability and editorial improvements throughout.
